Below you’ll find some key info about airports and hotels so you can start planning. We will be updating this page regularly, so check back often.
For international travelers, to fully enjoy the area we recommend renting a car. If coming from the US, make sure to get an international driving license as it’s required by law. It’s a cheap and fast process. Get one online here.
If you prefer not to drive, we can connect you with a private driver who can provide transport from any airport or train station to your hotel.
There will be shuttles from Acciaroli and many carpooling options to the venue the day of the celebration. Contact us if you need a ride.
Getting there
Wedding Venue

We recently purchased this 5 acre property and farmhouse. It’s undergoing renovations, so don’t pay any attention to the (very old) images of it on Google maps.
Nearest Airports
The nearest airports are Salerno Costa d'Amalfi Airport (1 hr 15 minutes by car, inter-European connections) and Naples International Airport Capodichino (2 hours and 10 minutes by car). Both airports are well equipped with rental cars.
By train (and bus)
You can take the train from Rome or Naples to the station of Agropoli-Castellebate and rent a car or take a bus from there. The station is about 30 minutes from the venue.

Bus routes and schedules: busitalia (tickets can be bought on board for 1 to 2 euros, depending on your destination)
Another great option is to take the train to the station at Salerno, where there is a wider selection of rental cars (perhaps useful if you don’t drive a stick). Again, the drive from Salerno is about 1 hr 15 minutes.
By boat
There are boats leaving from the port of Naples arriving in Salerno (1 hour from the property) and sometimes Acciaroli (20 minutes from the property). We will share the boat schedules for June as soon as they are published.
There are many cute Airbnbs in the area and a few larger hotels. And, of course, Booking.com is full of options. We’ve listed some suggestions below, and will be adding sightseeing info soon. In the meantime, you can read this NYT article on the region.

A 5 minute drive from the wedding venue. Comfortable, simple apartments with gorgeous views in a quiet setting. It’s a short 10 min car ride down the hill to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

La Pineta Hotel Beach & Spa
A 20 minute drive from the venue. Located in the quaint seaside town of Acciaroli, just across the street from the beach, and a short walk to the port, shops and restaurants. (Note: there is a 2-night minimum at this hotel for weekend stays)

A 30 minute drive from the venue. This 4-star hotel is located smack on the beach in the lively seaside town of Santa Maria di Castellebate. Lots of restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance.
